MFTCPC79_2017oct12

Hi, all, I'm back with the latest MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s color combo: Safety Orange, Pineapple, Blue Yonder, Blueberry. All of the details about the color challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

It’s amazing how many blue leaves you can find in Autumnal art if you look for it ;-) So I was inspired to do another card with watercolored leaves since I had so much fun with the last one I did.

I cut Falling Leaves Die-namics from Ranger Watercolor Paper, colored them with Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush, swiped the edges with Delicata Gold ink and set them aside. I stamped Grateful Stamp Set on Sweet Tooth card stock with Delicata Gold ink, heat embossed with gold detail embossing powder, and adhered it to a Sweet Tooth card stock base. Then I arranged my leaves, adhered them, and added dew drops with Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops. I’m beginning to get rather addicted to these drops ;-)

And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the
MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
