Friends - CTD #159

Mornin’, y’all!! It’s Color Throwdown time!! Today’s challenge is hosted by the ever-talented Carole and here are the colors she chose:

I decided to use MFT’s Inspired By Flowers, Set 1 for my project today and some Webster’s Pages paper that was perfect for the color combo.

The image was colored with Copic markers and cut out with the larger of the Open Scalloped Doily Duo Die-namics die--twice. Once for the image and once for the black mat. I did some distressing, added some vintaged-up seam binding and popped up the sentiment, from Clearly Sentimental About Friendship, that I cut out with the First Place Award Die-namics set.

Here's the inside.

OK, that’s it for me today. Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD159 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
